As Analyst, Market Intelligence at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of a team responsible for end market and memory supply-demand analysis, competitive analysis, market research and providing actionable insights!
The Staff Analyst would have achieved results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You will be self-motivated and self-directed, but with a strong team ethic. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze sophisticated problems, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Maintain relationship with Market Research analystsDrive adoption of AI in Market Intelligence activitiesWork collaboratively with BU Marketing groups to help them size market opportunities, such as PC and automotive marketsBuild and maintain top-down demand models for major end marketsLead share point site used to share market research reports and internal analysisAnalyze data to explain historical or forecasted trends and recommend actionConduct research for special projects and macro-economic overviews by applying company filings, equity/market research and internal dataParticipate in competitor analysis and summarize output for company wide useWork with marketing and investor relations teams to provide market trend data for use in earnings calls, analyst updates and market presentationsPreferred Qualification and Education:
BS/BA degree in a quantitative field; MBA from a world-class business school is preferred5 years of experience in market intelligence, business development, strategy or corporate developmentFamiliarity with semiconductor, memory and/or electronics industriesProven ability to perform market/opportunity analysisAbility to work with senior executives and provide high quality responses on a short deadlineStrong attention to detail and focus: your work will be used at the highest levels of decision-making and collaborators will expect to use your information without qualification or second-guessing its accuracyExpert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to perform analyses and present results crisply.Comfort level and flexible with changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, information overload, short deadlinesThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$119,500.00 - $323,500.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
