What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent customer relations to patients, families, physicians, and colleagues. Assess Endoscopy patient needs through comprehensive data collection and analysis. Develop individualized care plans to address patient-specific needs. Provide nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice. Perform key competencies in Endoscopy Nursing including, but not limited to: Following new hire and unit scheduling expectations. Emergency Management & Code Response. Ensuring Patient Satisfaction & Safety Initiatives. Executing Physician Orders efficiently. Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Conducting Nursing Handoffs & Bedside Reports. Ensuring Patient Privacy & Documentation Compliance. Performing Venipunctures, Blood Cultures, and Capillary Collections. Administering Blood & Blood Products. Managing Patient Restraints & Seclusion Protocols. Applying Infection Control Precautions and preventing hospital-acquired conditions. Carrying out pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and discharge care in the Endoscopy Suite. Conduct Hourly Rounds using Service Excellence Standards. Foster a compassionate, respectful, and caring environment for all patients and families. Utilize proper health & safety equipment to protect both patients and staff. Contribute to the daily performance and efficiency of the Endoscopy Suite, including acting as Charge Nurse when assigned. Precept and mentor novice employees to support team development. Engage in hospital-wide initiatives to enhance evidence-based nursing practices. Set personal professional goals and participate in ongoing educational opportunities. Provide support to similar units as needed.

What We’re Looking For: 

✔ Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
✔ Valid SC RN License & BLS Certification.
✔ Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to nursing excellence.
✔ Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
