Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. Program Options:

Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations = $50/hr.; minimum of 12 hour shift every 6 weeks.  Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations = $55/hr.; minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks.  Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $35/hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option. Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $65/hr. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option. 

Compensation: Shift differentials are accrued on top of base hourly rates listed above. 

Evening 3p-11p = $1.25/hr. Nights 11p-7a = $6.00/hr. Weekend begins Friday 3p to Monday 7a = $4.00/hr.
