Experienced Nurses (1+ years of experience) are eligible for a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus!  (Full-Time status with a 2-year work commitment)

Responsibilities:

Actively engage in clinical development and RN residency programs for new hires. Seek opportunities to learn safe, accountable, and autonomous practices from experienced nurses. Utilize performance feedback from peers, preceptors, and leaders to improve practice. Show enthusiasm for continuous learning and create a plan for ongoing development. Identify patient and family education needs and provide basic support during care. Pursue professional development through nursing organizations and reading professional literature. Communicate clearly and effectively with all healthcare team members. Be aware of cultural diversity, horizontal violence, and impairment in health professions. Apply basic nursing knowledge within Relationship-Based Care to meet patient and family needs. Demonstrate accountability for professional development and quality patient care.
