Job Responsibilities

·        Responsible for NPI component project and mass production platform as product prime.

·        Local technical leader and decision maker for engineering change and failure analysis of coherent component.

·        Performance/test data analysis for yield improvement and design feedback.

·        Internal technical support for customer issue and RMA.

·        Technical support for local manufacture issue during NPI phase and second level support during GA.

·        Technical interaction with supplier for technical compliance and 2nd source qualification.

Qualifications and requirements

·        Master or above in optical engineering, optoelectronics, communication engineering or related majors, familiar with optical fiber communication theory and optoelectronics theory.

·        5 years or above work experience in optical component products, experience in TL/ICR/CDM are prefer.

·        Skilled with data analysis to improve product yield and risk up front.

·        Familiar with failure analysis procedure, coordinate the resource to solve the complex and difficult problem in related product.

·        Execution capability is proficient, perform deliverables independently.

·        Good communication skills and teamwork.
