Play a key role in developing next-generation automated design flows and add-on tools.Define design methodologies and workflows for the entire organization.Develop and maintain cutting-edge P&R flows for Marvell’s Business Units.Contribute to the deployment and support of these flows.Collaborate with the team for seamless integration within the CAD platform.Provide innovative solutions to evolving design challenges.Stay updated on process and tool advancements.Interface with EDA vendors to optimize tool usage. What We're Looking For
B.Tech/M.Tech in EE/CS with 5+ years of experience in physical design and flow development.Experience with 16nm or below tape-out and FinFET, Dual Patterning, and ULV challenges.Understanding of timing closure, floorplanning, and routability issues.Knowledge of power grid design, clock synthesis schemes, and high-speed/low-power techniques.Familiarity with SI, EM/IR, complex DRC rules, and multiple power domains.Proficiency in Tcl scripting for flow development.Strong problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.Effective team player with good communication skills.Experience with gate-to-gate equivalence checking, parasitic extraction, and STA.Knowledge of physical verification (DRC) and early rail analysis.Familiarity with implementation exploration methodology and EDA tool benchmarks.Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements
