Staff Product Architect at a glance

Kraft Heinz is seeking a passionate and innovative Staff Product Architect to play a pivotal role in building cutting-edge digital products. You will be responsible for defining and shaping the technical foundation of our products, ensuring they align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Collaborate with product owners to translate market needs, user requirements, and business objectives into a clear product vision and roadmap Develop comprehensive architecture plans, encompassing system components, data flows, and integration points. Prioritize scalability, reliability, and security within the product architecture. Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure flawless architectural implementation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering best practices in coding, design patterns, and architectural principles. Establish and enforce quality standards and performance benchmarks. Conduct regular code and architecture reviews to maintain high standards.

I have proven experience as a Lead Product Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role. I have a strong software development background with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks. I have experience with cloud computing, microservices architectures, and distributed systems is a plus. I have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential. I have a deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns is crucial. I have exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. I have a strong leadership and team collaboration skills to guide and inspire engineering teams.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$115,000.00 – $143,700.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
