Staff Product Manager - AI Observability
Overview Come join the A2D (AI, Analytics, and Data) Product Team as a Staff Product Manager for AI Observability at Intuit. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Observability Product Manager to join our AI Platform team, driving the future of ML/LLM Ops within Intuit's cutting-edge ML/GenAI platform. The AI Platform provides Intuit’s AI/ML practitioners across Intuit the means to achieve the highest possible impact with their work by making it easy to develop, deploy and improve the AI/ML capabilities in their products. What you'll bring + 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, with a focus on model development, deployment, and monitoring in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.. + High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI/ML practitioners in both strategic and tactical discussions + Deep understanding of ML/LLM Ops principles, and the AI development lifecycle. + Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. + Proven track record of working effectively with engineers, data scientists, other product managers to deliver successful AI/ML products, from ideation to launch and beyond. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact. + Strong capability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Preferred: + Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform). + Familiarity with open-source AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). + Passion for building responsible and ethical AI solutions. + Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings How you will lead + Champion the Vision: Spearhead the development and execution of our AI Observability roadmap, ensuring alignment with Intuit's broader GenAI and ML platform strategies. + Build Key Capabilities: Drive the implementation of robust AI Observability features, including: + Model Monitoring Service + Mode Registry and Lineage + Comprehensive Model Cards + An LLM Leaderboard + Create user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions of AI development best practice across the company. + Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap. + Collect feedback and understand user needs from AI/ML practitioners and BU stakeholders, derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize areas of investments. + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—data scientists, ML engineers, and developers—to gather requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver impactful solutions. + Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends and technologies to drive innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our platform's capabilities and deliver exceptional user experiences. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $172,500 - $233,000, Bay Area California $177,000-239,500.
