We are currently seeking a remote Staff Recruiter to perform full-cycle recruiting for our nation-wide company. Position Summary:
A highly-organized, self-motivated individual to join the HR and Recruiting team. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting life-cycle, from writing job descriptions to on-boarding. You should be comfortable in conversation with a wide variety of candidates as well as with all levels of management within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full life cycle recruiting for field positions across all divisions.Staffing requisition process managementJob description creation, posting, and maintenance across all systemsApplicant review, initial screenings, and candidate note-keeping for hiring managersActive and creative candidate sourcing where neededCoordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidatesOffer generation and facilitation to new hiresCollection of new hire formsNew hire account and file set upNew hire onboarding process and assistanceMaintenance and creation of templates and formsMaintenance of candidate pool (communication, organization, rejection, follow ups, etc.)Update and communication of current staffing requisitions, weeklyAppropriate record-keeping across systemsMaintenance of field staff skill matrix, including the recording of staff skill levels across functionCollaboration with leadership to carry out special hiring-related projects or initiativesEffectively communicate with all coworkers, managers, and candidatesMaintain confidentiality of all informationPerforms other duties as assignedSkills and Requirements:
