Staff Relations Coordinator
Compensation Range $24.00 - $28.00 / Hour Position Overview: Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Relations Coordinator to join our team! This role is critical in supporting various HR programs and processes including Ethics Point reporting, employment verifications, personnel file management, and the Quality Dining Program. Collaborative by nature and comfortable working across teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Administer Ethics Point reporting, including weekly auditing, year-end reporting support, and ad hoc requests. Respond to verification of employment inquiries from state agencies and third-party verifiers. Manage personnel files (filing, auditing, purging, and fulfilling incoming documentation requests). Administer the Quality Dining Program for North Italia managers. Assist with the Staff Member Assistance Fund processes. Ensure compliance and accuracy through audits related to data management. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. What we require: 2+ years of Human Resources or Administrative experience. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude. What We Prefer: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Experience in Human Resources or Administration within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. Familiarity with HR software and tools. Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance. Bilingual Spanish skills.
