This position is responsible for providing safe and effective patient care in an outpatient and endoscopy lab setting. Responsibilities include directing UAP activity, assisting in specialized procedures, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning of care/intervention, teaching of patients/family, implementation of treatment plan/MD orders, documentation and evaluation. Integration of patient care standards are incorporated into all clinical activities.

Qualifications
Graduate of an RN School of Nursing, BSN preferred
One year acute care experience as Endoscopy RN, Outpatient Services RN, with phlebotomy skills required. In lieu of this experience, consideration will be made for an employee with strong education and associated experiential background.
Phlebotomy proficient
Proficient in order entry and word processing
Licenses/Certifications
Current CA RN license
Current BLS-HCP
Current ACLS
CGRN preferred
