As a Staff Salesforce Developer, you'll be an expert developer who has demonstrated a capacity for solving problems of broad scope that support the success of your value stream. You'll explore, experiment, and innovate to improve the consistent delivery of iterative value. As a Staff Salesforce Developer, you'll provide mentoring across your value stream, helping develop its overall capabilities.

About the role

Solve difficult problems for the value stream using software and provide examples of new technology or patternsContribute to improving processes across the value stream while releasing and validating softwareCoach and assist with high severity software support, incident resolution and blameless reviews for the value streamDevelop code modules and patterns useful across the value streamEvaluate new technologies and approaches for use by the enterpriseGuide code and design reviews for the value stream, helping establish standardsCommunicate about software across all levels of the organization, tailoring the details appropriately to the audienceMentor team members on any of the aboveAssist leadership with improving flow by identifying and helping address technical debt and process issues for the value stream

About you

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record of solving high-level problems through innovative Salesforce solutions.Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, fflib, Mulesoft integrationsExpertise developing custom Salesforce modules or patterns used across multiple teamsExperience refining software integration and delivery patterns to improve ongoing supportExperience helping develop work items from business requirements, such aswriting features and assisting with Salesforce architecture and design.Expertise mentoring and developing others in Salesforce best practices.Experience providing thought leadership to influence Salesforce development practices across internal groups.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline9 years of experience in a professional Salesforce development or similar roleExperience developing and maintaining .NET Core/.NET 6+ microservicesStrong experience with AWS services, including EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), ECS (Elastic Container Service), Lambda, API Gateway, and S3Experience in scaling microservices, handling load balancing, and optimizing costs in AWSExpertise in Salesforce development or advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect).Expertise designing or refining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)Agile certification

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is one hundred forty two thousand five hundred dollars to three hundred twenty thousand five hundred dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.  More information regarding these benefits and others can be found here.  The information regarding compensation and other benefits included in this paragraph is only an estimate and is subject to revision from time to time as the Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, deems appropriate.
