As a Scheduling Coordinator you'll be responsible for setting staff schedules while monitoring time and attendance. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Here’s what you’ll do when you join us: Create the campus’ four (4) week Master set schedule Manage nursing hours and proper staff ratio to census Monitor overtime closely with the goal of decreasing/eliminating overtime Manage time and attendance Participate in recruitment for open positions If you have these qualifications, we’d love to chat: Scheduling experience for more than 50 employees College degree preferred Should be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care WHERE YOU'LL WORK US-IN-Lebanon LIFE AT TRILOGY Trilogy Health Services was founded in December 1997 and is an innovative, dynamic senior living company based out of Louisville, KY.
