Provides for adequate staffing through assessment and identification of need utilizing patient census and acuity data from Cerner by calling staff in or off, redistributing assigned staff, shift rotation under the guidance of the Nursing Resource Coordinator/Nursing Supervisor/or Patient Services Director/ACNOMaintain accurate and current schedules in Clairvia with reflection of action taken (unit staff floated to, call-off time, use of employee ETO or UETOReceives and records calls for employee absence and communicates this information to appropriate departmentsThe Impact You Can Make
