A Kforce client is looking to hire a Staff or Senior Estimator. The Estimator will support a large national Construction Company based in Natick, MA (fully on-site). Summary: The Staff/Senior Estimator provide analytical support to various capital and US federal construction projects - which includes proposals review, evaluating subcontractors, and price analysis. Additional job functions include: * Staff/Senior Estimator will review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFP's) - ensuring accuracy and maintaining project parameters * Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations and prepare bid documents and packages * As a Staff/Senior Estimator, you will assist purchasing with oversight of supplies, work scope, schedule, and project budgets * Prepare and review price analysis sheets
