Staff/Senior Property Accountant
Description + Prepare and analyze financial statements specific to assigned properties, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. + Oversee all aspects of property accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned portfolios. + Record accounting transactions such as accruals, deferrals, amortization, and depreciation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards. + Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for properties. Requirements The ideal candidate will have strong Excel experience.
