Software Developer – Clinical Solutions

As a Software Developer, you will design and implement responsive, modern web applications for administrators and end users, contributing to clinical solutions that save lives. Reporting to the Software Development Manager, you will work in a collaborative team environment, leveraging cutting-edge web frameworks to deliver user-centered software. Your work will directly support the healthcare professionals who rely on our systems to care for their patients.

What You Will Do

You will design, develop, and optimize advanced web applications with a focus on responsive design and user experience.You will analyze and resolve complex design challenges, balancing tradeoffs to meet system integration requirements.You will translate user needs into technical specifications and develop advanced component and subsystem-level solutions.You will conduct advanced prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure software performance and reliability.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and implement software based on integration or protocol specifications.You will estimate time and resources for projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.You will document designs, implementations, and changes thoroughly for team knowledge sharing and system continuity.You will mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Deliver user-friendly, reliable web applications on time and within scope.Create clear, comprehensive documentation that supports team collaboration and system sustainability.Develop solutions that reflect a deep understanding of user needs and system integration requirements.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.4+ years of professional software development experience required.Proficiency with Java Spring and Angular frameworks required.

What We Would Love That You Have (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience developing cloud-based clients built on a microservice architecture.Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.Knowledge of software integration and deployment processes.Hands-on experience building message-oriented enterprise application integration software.Passion for delivering innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact.Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or projects to completion.Knowledge of tools for static/dynamic analysis and techniques for analyzing software performance.
