We are at the forefront of applying state of the art technologies in real-world scenarios for internal and external customers. **Your Day to Day** As an experienced Staff Software Engineer AI Technologies and Enablement you would be working on + Exploring leading edge AI technologies and their potential application for internal and customer facing use cases. + Staying in touch with the latest trends in the industry and academics. + Building and evaluating PoCs and helping to move them to production. + Fostering and enhancing knowledge sharing between various teams at GoTo. + Analyzing and optimizing the performance of AI applications, systems and models. + Taking ownership of features and tasks in an agile environment with a cross-functional team of enthusiastic and talented experts. **What We’re Looking For** As an experienced Staff Software Engineer AI Technologies and Enablement, your background will look like + At least 5 years of experience in a software development role + Ability to work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver value in short iterations and based on direct customer feedback + Experience with data analytics (frameworks) and Generative AI technologies, building scalable, cloud-native software applications + Experience with Python, TypeScript, AWS and Azure technologies would be a plus + Willingness to learn and try new technologies, frameworks and programming languages + Engineering and product mindset, self-starter attitude, taking ownership and driving forward the topics to completion and customer success, self-motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment. + Professional Working Proficiency or better in English **What we offer:** + Full remote work option within Germany and on-demand seat in our Dresden office + Time-off benefits such as volunteering days, parental, and pet leave + Employee Resource Groups and GoTo Gives CSR program – a fun, and inclusive community + ... and many more You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
