Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). + 5 years of experience in launching software products, testing and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred qualifications: + 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. + Experience in Full-Stack Development. + Experience in people and team management. + Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud native applications development. + Ability to integrate public policy with business strategy. + Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.
