**About the Role** Hailables Engineering Team in Bangalore is looking for engineers to design and develop the reliable, scalable and secure foundational components for managing the tech that powers all the Taxis, Autos and Motos running on Uber **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Author enterprise API Specifications. 2. Build large scale tech platforms. 3. Build consumer facing Products. 4. Lead and Mentor other Engineers in the team. 5. Lead high ambiguous cross org projects. \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. Strong expertise in a high-level programming language GoLang, Java, or C++ 2. Strong understanding of core computer science concepts 3. Experience in building large scale distributed systems that can handle large amounts of load 4. Experience in leading high ambiguous large projects 5. Experience in mentoring Engineers and setting up Engineering standards for the team \-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ---- 1. Experience in Mobility Systems. 2. Experience in Marketplace Technologies. 3.
