Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and microservices. Architect and implement backend microservices in Golang/Node.js and frontend interfaces in React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Drive technical decisions, trade-offs, and innovation across the stack. Manage cloud infrastructure with a GitOps-first mindset. Owning and supporting the products and use cases that we support.
Required Skills
8+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for frontend development. Proficient in backend development using Golang and Node.js. Experience developing products using serverless and microservices architectures and event-driven design. Experience developing cloud native products using popular cloud platforms (AWS, GCP mainly). Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with GitOps workflows Strong understanding of RESTful, gRPC and graphQL APIs. Familiar with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Strong sense of ownership. Skilled in automated testing leveraging Test Pyramid. Comfortable working in an Agile environment at a fast pace with changing priorities.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of service meshes (Istio, Linkerd). Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). Contributions to open-source projects or tech community involvement.Salary Range: $134,500 to $181,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
