Our organization plays a critical role in providing financial access to customers who are underserved by traditional financial institutions, and we are committed to creating a seamless and secure user experience. This is a server engineering team that works cross-functionally with a variety of disciplines — client engineering, design, product, data science, compliance and legal.
About the teams hiring on Identity:
Identity Verifications: The Identity Verifications team designs and builds solutions that help customers onboard to Cash App. We focus on the initial collection and verification of information that allows customers to access our suite of financial products.
Identity Lifecycle: The Identity Lifecycle team designs and builds scalable solutions to manage customer identity information. We focus on supporting our customers beyond the initial onboarding stage.
