Remote with limited travel to Carmel, Indiana.

What You Will Be Doing: 

Help develop and drive the Architecture vision, strategy and execution for our systems.

Help us build our platform of the future based on API First and Cloud First best practices.

Be a collaborative member of an autonomous cross-functional team to define, build, test, and deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions. 

Senior technical resource engaged with product management and the business.

Identifying problems and opportunities and championing the development of innovative solutions.

Ensure development of high quality code using clean code practices, and automated testing.

Drive technology innovation, standards, and best practices.

Be a team player and set a good personal example of positive attitude and performance.

Participate in all related Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) program increment and sprint related events.

Mentor other team members in best practices, providing guidance for implementation strategies.

What You Need to Be Successful: 

Critical Thinking and First Principle Thinking abilities.

Working knowledge of architectural patterns, Event Driven, Domain Driven, API First, Cloud First and Clean Code principles

Working experience in Cloud First architecture and development (AWS preferred).

Proven ability to deliver high quality enterprise solutions.

Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.

Experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless and OO language fluency (java or C#, SQL and database fluency. 

Experience in agile software development processes.

Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools like Azure DevOps and Git.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical areas

Preferred Skills:

Amazon AWS Cloud First: API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Lambda, Relational Database Service, etc.

TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, PLSQL/Oracle and Serverless 

Test Automation and Behavior Driven Development

Azure DevOps for work management and CI/CD, ADO Piplelines

GitHub for source control management

Great communicator and principled in building Rugged Software

Education/Experience:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical areas

Supervisory experience preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
