Staff Software Program Manager, ADAS
Job Description

What You'll Do:

Lead programs from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetFoster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of program plans Analyze program status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that program objectives can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on program status and changesCommunicate program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to program work planContribute to Strategy development and operation management

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

7+ of industry experience overseeing major software releases in the ADAS, AV, automotive, or related experiencedBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science or related fieldExperience leading projects with technical and non-technical teamsStrong project management experience, with practical familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most effectiveProven track record of influencing without direct authority, fostering collaboration.Demonstrated leadership in motivating cross-functional team members across different time zones and backgrounds to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.Coach team members and peersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skills

What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):

MBAPMP CertificationExperience in ADAS systems developmentExperience administrating and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools

Additional Job Description

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View three times per week, at minimum.

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

The salary range for this role is $137,000 and $214,300. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
