Position Overview:

This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish. The Staff Solution Program Manager guides teams through project execution process to realize strategic objectives of the following two groups:  Information Technology and the Security Privacy Operations.  Use professional project management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in a creative and effective way. Exercise a balance of independent judgment and group organization in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, program management, and on time delivery of strategic priorities supporting the Global Business Services programs across multiple ARTs.Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI PlansLead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s)Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program successAssist Business Process Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requestsProvide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall planAdhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's DegreeAt least 8 years of overall work experience in a technical discipline and 5 years of demonstrated experience in a program management role
