The Engineering Test Hardware Operations team supports Product/Test Engineering and Production Teams activities in Santa Clara, MAPL and OSAT locations worldwide. Our primary function is to design, develop, evaluate and maintain various types of test equipment’s and associated hardware to be used in the manufacturing and testing products ranging from Automotive, Enterprise, Data Center and Hyperscale product lines. Interfacing with various operational manufacturing teams to provide the best quality products to our customers.What You Can Expect
Tracking orders and deliverables ensuring all hardware items are meeting vendors delivery commitments.
Responsible for ordering new NPI test hardware. Will also be responsible for managing hardware inventories across multiple sites.
Collecting data on hardware purchases and future product requirements, generating weekly reports on hardware status and support hardware engineers as required.
The proposed work hours 9AM-5PM to support production hardware readiness for all NPI and production requirements in the test floors.
To be trained on how Integrated Circuits test operation processes works, get trained on how to de-bug and resolve hardware issues to assist engineers as required.
What We're Looking For
5 to 10 years professional experience in the manufacturing and test operations environment.
ITE, Polytechnic diploma in EE or ME
Knowledgeable with Test-hardware which includes Probe Cards, Sockets, Load boards and Change kits
Experience with using business software such as SAP or Oracle systems will be an advantage.
Experience in various Integrated Circuit test equipment’s and System level Evaluation test
Proficient in various operating system like Windows Office (Word, Excel) and other data collection OS.
Candidate must possess good inter-personal relationship and communication skills; this candidate requires lots of interactions with other internal departmental teams and Hardware vendors.
Self-driven individual, able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced, team-oriented working environment.
Strive to drive projects into an efficient and timely completion.
The individual will also be working with and communicating with our hardware Test Operations engineering teams in US and Singapore.
