Staff Supply Chain Specialist Job Description Responsible for overseeing and optimizing overall end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** + Responsible for overall supply chain management. Identify and mitigate logistics risks to prevent disruption in the supply chain + Manage relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers and logistics partners. Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness + Track & analyze logistics performance metrics. Prepare weekly/monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk. + Addressing internal/external customer issues and complaints and strive for continuous improvements. + Ensure adherence to trade regulations, custom compliance and internal policies. Qualifications + Possess at least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + With 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment. + Technical skills + Proficiency in ERP (Preferably SAP) + Experience with data analytics (Excel) + Familiarity with custom regulation and trade compliance + Soft skills + Strong analytical and problem solving skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, managing multiple priorities.
