Shift Day shift Job Summary The department of Internal Medicine-Pulmonary is seeking a Staff Support Associate II. The Staff Support II position will provide essential support in a multi-divisional administrative office for the Divisions of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine within the Department of Internal Medicine.

The duties of the position will include day-to-day administrative tasks to include support for faculty, fellows, and staff, communication with offices internal and external to UK HealthCare; and assistance with operational tasks for divisional programs including the fellowship programs. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Computer skills: Excel, SAP, MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word; AMION. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred.
