Join us and we can make a difference together. **Role Purpose:** + To support engineering in new product development + To work as a team member + To keep support equipment at 100% uptime **Role Responsibilities:** + Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics. + The technician applies skills to perform HVACR testing and troubleshooting to electromechanical equipment with the ability to analyze HVACR performance data to resolve most questions and problems. + Must be able to maintain units and laboratory equipment in proper operating condition. + The Technician must adapt to new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements and functions of the position. + This position requires a highly motivated work ethic and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. **Minimum Qualifications:** + High school diploma with 5+ years of engineering experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Be proficient in MS office applications, specifically Excel, along with overall good computer skills + Be able to pull wire harnesses out of a unit, dissemble and reassemble all components, and get it operational + Have an understand HVACR systems, controls, diesel engines, and be able to troubleshoot unit issues + Knowledge of CAN bus systems and physics of power and battery technology is highly desirable _RSRCAR_ _LI-onsite_ **Pay Range:** $50,319 - $88,447 Annually **_Carrier is An Equal_** **_Opportunity/Affirmative_** **_Action Employer.
