About the RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll partner with Senior Engineering and Product leaders to drive strategy discussions, lead planning and execution, and drive multiple large-scale strategic initiatives. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within our Technical Program Management organization. This group is responsible for supporting our product, architecture, and engineering teams, providing agile coaching and process governance, driving strategic engineering initiatives, and facilitating the essential interlocks needed for the success of the Product and Architecture organization.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with senior Engineering and Architecture leaders on critical decisions, key initiatives, and customer commitments within the Infrastructure areaEstablish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the platform product areaLead the portfolio of work for the Infrastructure and Architecture teams, managing impediments, major risks, and dependencies to drive planning and execution each quarterLead teams in developing and managing a modern SaaS Infrastructure architecture while ensuring effective collaboration as a shared service for application teamsDrive crosscutting initiatives such as Gross Margin Reduction, Infrastructure and Platform Migrations, and Incident Management ImprovementsCollaborate with senior leadership to define key metrics for measuring success in planning, execution, and engineering productivityProvide hands-on coaching to teams and individuals, guiding them through processes and best practices to drive alignment and efficiency within the Engineering organizationCatalyst in the R&D Operations Organization propelling us to continually improve and expand our operational capabilitiesAbility to identify potential risks and assistant engineering leaders in developing mitigation strategiesBridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualifications8+  years experience in the same or similar role working within an R&D Operations Organization supporting a high-growth SaaS productExperience working with software engineering and Infrastructure teams supporting cloud-native application buildsSeasoned professional in leading multiple large size and complex cross-functional programs from concept to completionExpert in Jira with an understanding of engineering management platformsExpert in developing scaling strategies and roadmaps aligned with Clari's goalsLeverage technical expertise in SaaS Infrastructure to understand key developments and drive the successful execution of initiativesExpertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe scaling frameworks at both the team and enterprise levels.
