Our In-Vehicle Infotainment is an immersive digital experience through which our consumers not only interact with their vehicles but also connect with the outside world to enjoy hands-free entertainment and communications. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Infotainment development team, playing a pivotal role in delivering Generative AI backed Voice Assistance product by working with several cross-functional stakeholders. Your technical expertise and program management skills will enable seamless Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end execution of Voice Assistance online and offline product development programs. Understand and contribute to the technical aspects of design and development, including performance optimization, scalability, and compliance with automotive standards. Facilitate technical discussions between the Joint Venture and the brands to provide clarity on product features, challenges, and implementation strategies. Act as the primary interface between engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve dependencies, clarify requirements, and manage expectations. Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, app developers, embedded systems engineers, and UX designers from all companies involved to align requirements and ensure cohesive outcomes. Create and execute work streams for Agile SW development teams based on program needs. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risks to ensure on-time delivery of scalable SDK solutions. Provide strong leadership by reframing problems when the team is faced with ambiguity, obstacles/deadlocks and steer them towards solving prioritized problems. Expertly manage stakeholder expectations for both technical and non-technical issues when the team encounters challenging issues or obstacles. Take keen interest in product requirements and pay close attention to details when planning projects. Collaborate with marketing and customer research teams to surface product usage patterns to leadership to aid product roadmap decisions. Qualifications BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields 6+ years (preferred) of experience in Technical or Engineering program management or engineering leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or Android domains. Experience working with smart assistants, iot devices, audio systems Excellent critical thinking and experienced in handling trade-offs. Proven leader who can take full ownership with proactive attitude. Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills Expert in agile processes and running SW teams using JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $167,000 - $209,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
