The mission of GBSG Intuit Assist QB: Grow small business revenue and profitability 2x faster through AI-native experiences that do work on customer’s behalf and power their business decisions with connections to human expertise at moments that matter What you'll bring + BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree. + Strong Program Management experience, including 7 or more years leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end + Proven experience driving organizational change + Strategic, creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment. Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, leads end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work. + Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs. + Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action. + Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program + Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes. + Experience in emerging technologies, AI, and Generative AI is a plus. How you will lead + Drive innovative development teams to build agentic workflows and embedded + Create program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes + Manage program reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications + Define product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes + Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence + Drive/ challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes + Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy + Bring outside-in learnings to the team + Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product + Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success + Develop a close working relationship with the portfolio stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers + Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $171,500 - $232,000 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) ).
