Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
BILL is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support strategic initiatives and facilitate the execution of key technology programs in their Engineering organization. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning to achieve business goals, while providing clear updates and facilitating executive decision-making. Responsibilities include managing project execution, defining clear objectives and KPIs, and ensuring adherence to best practices and risk mitigation. The position also focuses on data-driven decision-making, conflict resolution, and defining roles to improve team efficiency and alignment. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in project and product development lifecycles (SDLC/PDLC) to foster effective teamwork and deliver measurable results.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or a PHD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience Minimum 6+ years of technical program or project management experience, preferably within technology-focused environments Strong knowledge of software development (SDLC) and product development lifecycles (PDLC), including Agile, Scrum, and release management Proven ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, delivering timely, high-quality outcomes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing and collaborating at various organizational levels Demonstrated proficiency in support/manage conflict resolution, problem-solving, and team leadership Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous standards of quality and timelines Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Asana and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
