As a Staff UX Writer on our team at HelloFresh, you’ll be instrumental in creating customer-centered experiences that convert prospects into loyal customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, Engineering, and Data—to drive initiatives within the activation and conversion funnels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, giving you the chance to shape the future of customer acquisition.
Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field, ideally focused on conversion or growth content A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric content for digital products; experience in e-commerce or subscription models is a plus Proven ability to lead and innovate in content strategy and content systems for scalable impact Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with an eye for upholding brand standards Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative design processes to optimize the user experience Fluency in English, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma and familiarity with agile environments.
