The Vehicle Planning Program Management Staff Engineer will be responsible for integrating cross functional teams to develop the next generation of EV vehicles. You will be responsible for integrating teams to deliver compelling, feasible, and viable products. You will work with marketing, design, engineering, finance and manufacturing to develop the product concept, architecture, and financials into a compelling and compatible product.
The minimum requirements we seek:
Engineering or Business degree required. Advanced degree desired but not required.Customer Focused Vehicle Planning Program ManagementStrong collaboration skills to integrate vehicle cross-functional teamsStrong program management and planning skills 5+ years of experience working on production vehicle development, from concept to launch3+ years of experience in Program, Project or Product Management & Strategy
