Ford Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities – such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling – to create ground-up, breakthrough electric vehicles. The Vehicle Product Management Staff Engineer will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to develop the next generation of EV vehicles. You will be responsible for integrating teams to deliver compelling, feasible, and viable products. You will work with marketing to develop the product concept, engineering to develop the architecture and attributes, and finance to develop the financials.
The minimum requirements we seek:
Engineering or Business degree or equivalent required. Advanced degree desired but not required. 5+ years of experience working on production vehicle development, from concept to launch 3+ years of experience in Product Management & Strategy, developing vehicle concepts and integrating cross functional teams. 2+ years of experience utilizing CAD (3DX, Catia, NX, ICEMSURF, or Alias) collaboratively, 3DX and CATIA preferredPreferred requirements:
