at every level within the organizationThe Staffing Analyst is responsible for planning organizing and implementing efficient safe staffing strategies that enhances HHCrsquos commitment to patient excellence and fiscal responsibility Provides daily and weekly reports to leadership teams on census staff allocation resources and demands Works closely with managers directors and nursing coordinators to provide transparency and validate financial accountability Helps to maintain and communicate accurate daily staffing Works with confidential and sensitive information including but not limited to team member data and organizational dataProvides data and timekeeping reporting Works closely with staff and managers to meet staff expectations and unit needs Updates and cost shifts staff appropriately Provides units with accurate and timely assignment sheets weeklyMeets with managers to provide schedules with even coverage Tracks and inputs PTO holiday and weekend commitments
