Aurora on France is a new, state of the art community, attached to Fairview Southdale in the heart of Edina near many medical centers/providers. It is conveniently located off of Hwy. 62 and France Ave. on a bus line. Aurora is a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintenance of staffing schedule, document attendance for nursing department. This is a full time Monday-Friday opportunity. Day shift 80 hours per two weeks Weekends as needed Maintain nursing staffing schedule Coordinate and manage staffing procedures and scheduling of nursing personnel Document attendance/tardiness reports, notifying supervisors of individuals requiring disciplinary action Phone calls and scheduling High School Diploma HUC Certification/Training Preferred One to three years previous experience in Senior Living staffing highly preferred Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
