About the role
The Staffing Coordinator ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, partners, and contractors throughout the staffing lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing job postings, facilitating interviews, overseeing contractor onboarding, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date staffing trackers. The Staffing Coordinator ensures operational efficiency and timely communication, helping to deliver high-quality staffing outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
What you'll be doing
Resource Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, account teams, and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to manage follow-ups on feedback, candidate submissions, and contractor requests. Work closely with partners and staffing team to ensure timely feedback and candidate updates. Interview Scheduling and Facilitation: Coordinate interview scheduling, ensuring alignment between partners, clients, and internal teams. Conduct internal screening sessions, taking detailed notes to provide feedback and facilitate decision-making. Job Posting Management: Create and manage job postings in FieldGlass, coordinating with hiring managers and partners to ensure postings are accurate and active until completion. Verify rate activity and costing with management for compliance with organizational standards. Contractor Onboarding: Monitor the progress of contractor onboarding, coordinating with partners and ensuring FieldGlass setup is completed. Schedule orientation meetings for contractors with project managers and ensure all onboarding tasks, such as iReq submissions and equipment requests, are fulfilled. Tracker Management: Maintain and update the staffing tracker with real-time changes, including interview feedback, candidate updates, onboarding status, and costing adjustments. Monitor multiple partners to avoid duplication of efforts and ensure data accuracy.
What you have
Legally eligible to work in the United States Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in resource coordination, staffing, or a related operational role. Proficiency in tools such as FieldGlass, MS Office, and SAP preferred. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including part-ners, account teams, and contractors. Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to track multiple tasks, updates, and priorities with precision. Organizational Skills: Expertise in maintaining accurate records and coordinating complex schedules. Problem Solving: Proactive in resolving challenges related to scheduling, onboarding, and job postings. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using staffing platforms, trackers, and related software to maintain efficiency. Collaborative Mindset: Capable of working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure shared success.
