The Staffing Coordinator maintains the scheduling software, to ensure only qualified resources with current, mandatory competencies, orientation and/or certifications work in the units where such requirements are relevant. 

Responsibilities

Organizing, coordinating, and deploying supplemental nursing resources to patient care areas across the Mount Carmel Health System.Participates in the scheduling software orientation of new associates in the health systemCommunication with RN staffTimecard reconciliation

Requirements

High School diploma, GED or equivalent2 years of hospital, clerical or customer service experience preferredPrior experience with scheduling software preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsFlexibility with work schedules. The staffing office is open M-F from 5a-8p and weekends from 5a-5p.
