Staffing  Coordinator *Hybrid, On Call, Variable Schedule*

Staffing Coordinators work hybrid (virtual and on-site) with ministry leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels for hospital departments across ministries within Oregon, Washington, and Montana in the Central Division. Using critical thinking and attention to detail, the Staffing Coordinator partners with department and ministry leaders to appropriately respond to real-time changes in patient census, acuity, sick calls, and recruits and allocates resources for assigned patient units.  Utilizes multiple software applications in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and continuously reevaluate competing priorities.

Required Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or GED         Associate's Degree Healthcare, business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience 1 year Computer application and database management experience 1 year Customer service experience

Montana: Except Great Falls: Min: $16.70, Max: $26.05

Montana: Great Falls: Min: $15.82, Max: $24.68

Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $19.34, Max: $30.16

Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $20.74, Max: $32.26

Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $21.62, Max: $33.73

Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $20.74, Max: $32.26

Washington: Tukwila: Min: $21.62, Max: $33.73

Washington: Eastern: Min: $18.46, Max: $28.79

Washington: South Eastern: Min: $19.34, Max: $30.16
