Rumford Community Home is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team!

This is a Full Time, benefits eligible position.

Position Summary: 

Maintains, coordinates, and plans staffing for the nursing department; maintaining personnel files, tracking licenses and certifications, and supporting the hiring process of the nursing department as requested.

Education and Experience:

High school diplomaAbility to read, write, and communicate the English language in an understandable mannerPossess current, valid Maine personal care support certificationBasic computer knowledgeGood working knowledge of common business office machinesAble to maintain and file personal records and medical records in accordance with established policies/ procedures
