Maintain a transparent, accurate, and up to date overview of current and future staffing assignments, holidays, trainings, and availability of all consulting staffUpdate staffing sheet with trainings based on SAM (Staffing & More) and vacations based on the Vacation TrackerManage information regarding absence planning.Participate in weekly Staffing Calls, balancing the needs of all parties involved in the staffing processConduct analyses and produce reports/updates as requiredSend out staffing sheet to A/C-s and communicate staffing decisionsParticipate in check-in discussions with consultantsSupport Talent Manager in other People & HR areas

Experience in a professional services business is a plus!Excellent organizational and time management skills, you are able to deal with a high-volume workloadAble to work and communicate effectively with senior managementAble to build strong & credible relationships with all levels of staffHigh motivation and flexibilityHigh level of integrity, confidentiality and trustYou are accurate and 100% reliableStrong team spirit and personal dedicationProfessional and service-oriented behaviorFull command of all MS Office related programsFluency in English is a must, Polish preferred
