Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Staffing - IT Project Manager IV for their Charlotte, NC/ Corning NY/Reynosa, MX location. Responsibilities: + The IT Project Manager will be responsible for designing communication plans for projects or programs that establish expectations for timing and methods of communication. This includes status report updates, stakeholder interactions, crucial milestone announcements, governance committee correspondence, and project metric reporting based on Client requirements. This role will oversee project alignment and deliverables with our Global Sourcing Partner (Vendor), in collaboration with Client' Vendor Management office. + Manage and oversee all aspects of the project involving a specific product or domain, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. + Employ Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle facilitate continuous improvement and process optimization. + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and development teams, facilitate effective communication and collaboration. + Develop project plans and schedules, financial tracking, risk management plans, and project documentation. Update and maintain project documents for the duration of the project. + Ensure all Client Quality Processes are followed and required artifacts are maintained on the project repository site. + Act as a servant leader team members, meeting key milestones and resolving technical or operational problems. + Frequently connect with customers, including sponsors, key stakeholders, and end users, to understand their needs and the value of the solution or service provided ttheir business. + The IT Project Manager will foster a positive and collaborative work environment and encourage a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement. Strong critical thinking skills, attention tdetail, and the ability thandle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment are critical for this role. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification would be considered an asset. + Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and software development projects. + Strong understanding of business and operational processes. + Excellent leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and people skills. + Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills. + PMP Certified. + US Trade Compliance + SAP E4H Platform + MES Traceability (Camstar or FWD) + Knowledge of Product Service Delivery Model. + 7+ years of prior experience as a Program Manager with domain experience. + 5+ years of direct supervisory experience of virtual teams. + Experience using Agile Tools such as Kanban Boards, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, or Planview. + Experience with Digital Transformation and automating manual project management processes. + Scrum/Agile Certified. + Domain Certifications in SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, and Infrastructure.
