What you will be doing:
As a Stage Concepteur Pédagogique, you will play a vital role in supporting our Academy Team to deliver innovative and immersive training content on CXG Learn—our first all-in-one digital learning platform. This platform is designed specifically for our luxury retail clients, empowering their front-line teams—sales advisors, store managers, and trainers—with engaging, interactive learning experiences that elevate the retail experience. It’s a pioneering project and a high-priority initiative for 2025, marking CXG’s first major step into digital learning.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Content Creation Manager, contributing to a comprehensive library of training content tailored to the needs of luxury retail. The modules will cover essential themes such as retail experience, the art of selling, luxury retail management, and retail performance.
Responsibilities:
Content Development: You’ll be at the core of creating engaging digital modules, from designing training sheets and storyboarding to developing interactive modules using our Authoring Tool. Content Development here includes:
Interactive Media: Design and integrate engaging digital content formats, including videos, podcasts, and interactive sales scenarios, to create immersive learning experience. Resource Transformation: Consolidate and synthesize existing resources (PPTs, Excel, PDFs, etc) into well-structured, visually impactful digital learning modules. Graphic Identity: Shape CXG’s online visual identity by creating a strong and impactful visual library. Content Curation: Help build and curate a diverse, high-quality training library that aligns with the unique needs of luxury retail clients. Benchmarking: Research and benchmark new trends in digital learning.
