La funzione Real Estate di Prysmian HQ sta cercando una persona da inserire in stage che supporterà in team Property management nelle seguenti attività:
Gestione database immobiliare aziendale
Verifiche in coordinamento con funzioni interne/esterne per valutazioni immobiliari, conformità legislative, valutazioni ristrutturazioni/ampliamenti
Controllo e verifiche su contratti di locazione
Gestione documentazione interna di supporto alle attività di cui sopra
Supporto per gestione budget e pagamenti fornitori tramite tool interni
Who are we looking for?
Laurea in architettura, Ingegneria Edile, Management o simili
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (must)
Utilizzo pacchetto office (must) e Autocad (must)
Ottime capacità di problem solving, pianificazione delle attività, gestione delle scadenze
Buone capacità relazionali con interlocutori interni ed esterni
Ottime capacità di sintesi
