We are currently looking for an intern to join our **Human Resources team** in Milan. As an intern with IQVIA, you will be responsible, under supervision, in supporting HR Business Partners of the local HR team in managing different types of activities such as: + Activities related to **onboarding of new joiners** ,offer letter and employment contract creation, internal communications + **Activation** **,** **management** **and monitoring** **of internships** , managing feedback session interviews + Maintenance and update of internal systems, internal HR ticketing system + Participate in **internal** **HR and Business** **meeting** **s** + Gaining experience in dealing with **local and international HR dynamics** within a complex multinational environment + Support HRBP in **preparing reports and deliverables** related to specific topics such as _headcount forecast, budget definition, compensations & performance_ _management_ **Desired Skills and Experience** **MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in** **Management** **,** **Political Science** **,** **Humanities** **, Psychology** **or** **Law** + **Specialized** **Master in Human Resource Management** will be considered a plus + Previous experience in HR department would be considered a plus + Strong internal **customer focus** + Demonstrate **e** **xcellent** **Microsoft Office Skills** : ability in working with **Excel spreadsheets** and **Power Point** **presentations** + Solid **communication skills** + Proficiency both in **English** and **Italian** + Ability to be multi-tasking in a **fast** **-** **paced environment** and to work on a team Location: Milan (hybrid) Internship grant IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
