Coty is committed to building a workforce that is as diverse as the communities we serve; hiring people with different backgrounds to build better products, better serve our users, and build a diverse workplace. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** An ideal opportunity for a 6-month internship to join our Marketing Digital team. **_Digital Marketing Intern:_** Here, you will be supporting the team in developing, implementing, and analysing marketing activity across the brands at a global level. A role with a great deal of exposure and insight giving valuable experience to support your on-going business/marketing related studies, through day-to-day admin and the opportunity to be involved in campaigns and product launches. + Participate in the digital activation for new product launches and animations: definition of digital strategy, brief to creative agencies on content production, follow-up of post-production until final asset delivery and development of global digital toolkit + Support the Marketing Digital team in daily operational tasks (Digital-related projects in Fragrances & Makeup), + Prepare & develop best in class digital toolkits sent to local markets to introduce & launch a new product, + Respond to markets requests and become a key point of contact within the Global Digital team, + Coordinate the creation of communication briefs destined to digital content production, ecom & social + Support communication workflow with global and regional partners of all site issues, site improvement projects and other enhancement + Manage assets trafficking on our Digital Assets Management platform + Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices in the beauty & luxury industry, share key learnings and insights with the wider marketing organization to bring strategic recommendations for the brand Brands looking for interns: + Chloé + Davidoff + Hugo Boss + Niches brands **WHAT YOU WILL BRING:** + Currently studying for a degree in either Business School and Digital Marketing preferred. + Previous work experience is preferred but not essential, however the ability to understand the key elements and an interest of the role is essential. + Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Excellent organization and prioritising skills; + Ability to work effectively to deadlines; + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; + Ability to build strong working relationships; + Experience of working effectively in a team; + Demonstrate an interest and awareness in social media activities. + Enthusiasm, energy, tenacity, commitment, a pro-active approach to work **WHAT WE BRING:** We drive growth, brand equity and customer loyalty with innovative products, digital campaigns, events, partnerships and in-store executions.
