What will you do?

 

The resource will be hired within the legal department of Bureau Veritas and in support of the CSE Region Head of Legal & Compliance Officer, will follow a training path aimed at achieving the necessary skills to work independently.

 

In particular, the resource will be responsible for the following activities:

 

Support in the reviewing of national and international contracts;

 

Coordination with external law firms for the resolution of legal disputes and legal risks;

Support for contract analysis activities (for both active and passive contracts, on clients and suppliers, purchasing);

​​​​​​​

Support on company law activities and intercompany agreements;

​​​​​​​

Follow up on insurance programs and minor disputes;

​​​​​​​

Management of digital archives and tools;

​​​​​​​

Preparation of training materials and other activities requested by the Head Office.

 

Requirements:

 

Degree: Law Degree;

​​​​​​​

Excellent knowledge of civil law, commercial law and administrative law;

​​​​​​​

Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and digital legal tools;

​​​​​​​

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.

 

 

The ideal candidate is a person with proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit, possesses problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
