Au sein de votre poste, vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à la vie d’une Direction Financière d’un grand groupe, formé(e) par des professionnels experts dans leur domaine et participerez à des missions riches et responsabilisantes dans un environnement international.

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de fusions et acquisitions, le/la stagiaire aura les principales missions suivantes :

Participation directe aux opérations financières (acquisitions, cessions, opérations transversales) du Groupe dans un contexte international ;

- Travaux de valorisation et de modélisation financière ;

- Préparation d'analyses financières et stratégiques pour les différents comités ou instances de décision du Groupe ;

- Support à la négociation et à la structuration de projets d’investissements industriels dans les zones de développement ;

- Suivi du marché et des acteurs actifs dans les domaines de l'eau, de l’assainissement et des déchets ;

- Apporter son soutien dans la structuration de l’équipe M&A.

In your position, you will be fully integrated into the life of a Financial Department of a large group, trained by professionals who are experts in their field and will participate in rich and empowering missions in an international environment.

Integrated into the mergers and acquisitions team, the intern will have the following main missions:

- Direct participation in the Group's financial operations (acquisitions, disposals, transversal operations) in an international context;

- Valuation and financial modeling work;

- Preparation of financial and strategic analyzes for the Group's various committees or decision-making bodies;

- Support for the negotiation and structuring of industrial investment projects in development zones;

- Monitoring the market and active players in the fields of water, sanitation and waste;

- Provide support in structuring the M&A team.
